There’s no other way to put it – what a year 2024 has been!
Our 27th year of trading was filled with transformative launches, significant achievements and industry recognition that reaffirms our position as a leader in insurance technology. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from an extraordinary year.
The Launch of Genasys Unify
Perhaps the most significant milestone of the year was the release of Genasys Unify, a ground-breaking update to our flagship policy administration platform. Designed to enhance our customers’ ability to “do more, faster,” Unify doubled down on cloud-based open architecture and user experience. This update reflects our commitment to empowering insurers, MGAs, and brokers with tools that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and future-proof their businesses.

Customer Growth
With the release of Genasys Unify, the business has seen tremendous customer growth during what has proven to be an exciting year. Not only did we onboard a UK London Market customer, but we also ended the year by bringing on several sizeable mutuals. Our existing customers have also experienced significant growth, as we’ve helped them launch numerous new products into new and existing markets. Meanwhile, we are currently upgrading a major US customer to the latest version of our platform, migrating several hundred million dollars of gross written premium in the process.
