In 2018, André, alongside Genasys’ Group CTO Craig Olivier, embarked on an exciting venture, spearheading the establishment of our first international branch in London. Embracing the challenge, he assumed the position of UK MD, showcasing his ability to navigate global landscapes. March 2023 marked a pinnacle moment as he assumed the position of Group CEO, solidifying his dedication to steering Genasys towards new heights.

When I was 10 I wanted to be: A surfer
Craig is a seasoned veteran at Genasys with over two decades of unwavering experience and commitment to our mission to create the easiest end-to-end insurance management platform and give insurance businesses the ability to provide their customers with the most reliable products anywhere in the world. Beginning as a software developer writing the original code for our platform, Craig quickly ascended to lead the development team, and then transitioned to the Sales Director role, becoming the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the evolving needs of our valued clients. In 2018, alongside Group CEO André Symes, Craig played a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint by opening the first international branch in London. 2020 marked another milestone in Craig’s journey as he assumed the position of Group CTO.

When I was 10 I wanted to be: Han Solo or a landscaper
Bart is a long-standing industry expert who is at the helm of Genasys as our Chief Revenue Officer and has been a vital member of our executive team since 2022. With an illustrious 30-year career dedicated to the convergence of insurance and technology, Bart brings unparalleled expertise to drive the success of our clients. In his role as CRO, Bart spearheads the go-to-market strategy for Genasys, navigating key target markets such as the UK, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years, Ian is a strategic leader with a proven track record in start-ups, SMEs, and private equity platform businesses within the financial services and tech sectors. Ian’s expertise extends far beyond traditional financial management; his extensive experience in buy and sell-side M&A adds a unique dimension to our financial strategy, ensuring that every move we make is not just fiscally sound but strategically aligned with the dynamic landscape of our industry.

Christelle has been the driving force behind Genasys’ people-centric approach since her appointment as our Chief of People in 2021. With over 20 years’ experience in human resources, Christelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role, ensuring the evolution and implementation of our people strategy.
