The Product Owner takes part in overseeing the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients’ needs and preferences. Their main duties include helping to determine the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ preferences.

The BDR (Business Development Representative) is responsible for generating new business growth by generating and qualifying leads for the business, with the end-goal of converting them into a client. Working alongside the Sales and Marketing team, the BDR will be responsible for identifying target sectors, organisations and personas.

The Technical Lead is responsible for leading a team of developers both junior and senior and ensuring the smooth operation of that team. The Technical Lead is responsible for taking the lead on SAFE processes, assisting the scrum master where required and mentoring and supporting the team where necessary.

The Software Configuration Specialist supports the current platform in terms of features and enhancements from clients, as well as the day-to-day functioning and operability of the current platform.
