25 Years of Genasys: a message from our CEOs

As Genasys gets to this huge milestone in our journey – celebrating 25 years since it all began – it gives us an obvious chance to reflect and think about where we’ve come from, and where we’re going.

We’ve been doing a lot of that kind of thinking lately. With new investment into the business, some fantastic additions to our leadership and the increasing growth of our team, we’ve naturally taken some time to think about our company and our strategy.

In that process we’ve asked ourselves: what is at the heart of Genasys?

And we landed on something that couldn’t be more true:

Genasys is the people, not the platform.

We’re immensely proud of our software. Of our innovation and the continuous evolution of our technology, keeping Genasys at the very forefront of insurtech. But we know that that’s only possible due to the talent and dedication of our team.

When we ask our clients what they love about Genasys, one thing always comes up: our people. When we talk to our team members and ask what they like best about working here, it’s the same thing that almost always gets mentioned: our people.

So we’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you, and celebrate every single member of the Genasys team for making us who we are.

We’re truly honoured that we get to work with such an amazing group of talented people every single day. And we know that the business is in the very best shape for the next part of our journey.

As we look to the next 25 years, we will continue to make sure we focus on and invest in our team, on the culture that we believe really does set us apart as a business. To remain focused on hard work, creativity and innovation, and most of all, never forgetting to have fun along the way.

So if we’re congratulating “Genasys” for reaching a 25th birthday, let’s remember that we’re congratulating and thanking every single one of our team for getting to this fantastic milestone – and for putting us in the best possible shape to get to the next one.
