What happens next

We do our homework first

No sales script and no generic demo. Here is what happens after you send the form.

We review your enquiry

Our sales team reads what you sent us and gets in touch to arrange a short discovery call.

A discovery call

Both sides ask their questions. We learn how your business works and gather what we need to prepare the next stage.

A demo built around your business

If we both see a fit, we show you a high-level demo tailored to what you told us: your product lines, your distribution and your processes.

Deeper demos for your teams

If you move on to an RFP or RFx, we run detailed, technical demos of the things your finance, claims and underwriting teams want to see.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions insurers, MGAs and brokers ask us most before a first call.

How long does it take to implement a new insurance platform with Genasys?

Implementation time depends on how many products you are moving, how much policy data comes with them and how many other systems Genasys needs to connect to. Because products are configured in no-code tools rather than built in code, and Genasys has over 350 pre-configured product templates to start from, timelines are measured in weeks rather than years. Genasys delivered Arma Karma's policy administration platform in one week, Hayes Parsons built a ready-to-market product in ten days and King Price replaced legacy technology with a live commercial product in six weeks.

Larger programmes, such as moving several books of business off a legacy system or connecting to finance, claims and distribution partners, take longer and are planned stage by stage, so each product can go live when it is ready. The discovery call is where we learn about your products, data and integrations, and the tailored demo that follows gives you a realistic view of the timeline for your business. If you move on to an RFP or RFx, we set out the implementation plan in detail.

How much does Genasys cost, and how is it priced?

Genasys is priced as a subscription that scales with your business. Our enterprise licence starts at less than £10,000 per month (plus VAT), with implementation fees reflecting the level of configuration you need. We charge only on the volume of business going through the platform, in a clear tiering model. We do not charge per transaction, user, product or feature, so your subscription stays predictable as you grow.

Implementation fees are transparent from day one, with no hidden extras. They depend on the products you are launching or moving, the systems Genasys needs to connect to and any data migration from your current system. We put a proposal together after the discovery call, so it prices what you actually need, and if you are running a formal RFP or RFx, we price against your requirements in full.

Where is Genasys hosted, and where will our data be stored?

Genasys is a cloud-based insurance platform. It runs on Microsoft Azure, hosted in the UK and South Africa, so you know where your policy, customer and claims data is held. Clients do not need to run their own servers or manage upgrades: everyone works on the same platform, kept up to date centrally.

Tell us during the discovery call where you write business and what your data residency and security requirements are, and we will show you how your environment would be set up. If you are running an RFP or RFx, your information security team can put their questions to ours directly as part of the deeper demos. You can read more about how the platform is built on the Product page.

Does Genasys work with insurers, MGAs and brokers?

Yes. Genasys runs policy administration, claims and billing for insurers, MGAs and brokers who underwrite under delegated authority. For a broker, Genasys runs the schemes and binders you underwrite and works alongside the broker management system that runs your brokerage. Our London office looks after the UK and the London Market, and our Johannesburg and Stellenbosch offices look after clients across Africa.

Genasys draws on nearly 30 years in insurance software. It manages GBP 1.5 billion of gross written premium, runs 1 million policies on a single implementation and handles 1 million quotes a day. Whether you are launching a single scheme or replacing a core system across several lines of business, the first step is the same: tell us about your business in the form above and our sales team will arrange a short discovery call.

What do you need from us for an RFP or RFx?

Most clients reach the RFP or RFx stage after a discovery call and a tailored demo, so we already know the outline of your business. To respond well we need your requirements document, the product lines and distribution channels in scope, rough policy and premium volumes, the systems Genasys would need to connect to, what data would move from your current system and your target timescales. The more specific your requirements, the more precisely we can answer each one.

An RFP is also where the people who will use Genasys every day get involved. We run deeper, technical demos for each team that will evaluate it, such as your finance team on billing and reconciliation, your claims team on the claims journey and your underwriting team on product configuration and rules. Tell us who is on your evaluation panel and what each of them needs to see, and we will plan the sessions around them.
